Just a quick journal because technically, I'm not even supposed to be on here.

Went to the Emergancy room today with major pains and very limited wrist/hand movement. Apparently I have a form of carpal tunnel (sorry for the mis-spelling). i don't need surgery or anything (thank goodness) but I have to rest my wrist for a minimum of at least a week. I am also on some type of steroid anti-inflamatory and some strong pain meds.

Anywho, I just wanted to let you all know that I won't be on here for at least a week. My doctor ordered me to no computers, no video games, no heavy lifting, no writing, ect. So if I don't reply to you I'm not ignoring you, I'm just following doc's orders and trying to heal.

First of all, I want to apologise to everyone who has added me to their watch list, added my art to their favorites or are waiting for me to review their wonderful work. I have been gone for the past couple days (physically) and my brain has been wandering around aimlessly for the past few weeks (ooohhh, something shiny!). I promise that I have not been ignoring you all on purpose and I truly appreciate all the favs and watches! I'm in the midst of sending thank yous to you all but I am slow at my reply time (58 messages need to be replied to and 13 deviations need to be commented on). You all make my heart happy and I you all!

In other news, my wrist has been killing me for the past three weeks. I have no idea what the heck is going on there but I want it to stop! Gawd, I feel like an old woman complaining because the weather is causing her bones/joints to hurt!

Speaking of being old; I turn a year older this coming tuesday!
It's funny; when I was born I got released on xmas day and the nurses put me in a big stocking and gave me to my parents. I still tease my mom and dad that I was either the best or worst xmas gift they ever got!

UPDATE!!!
Ubisoft kindly sent me the codes to unlock the 3 special levels! Hooray! I must admit I liked the Medici level the best. I don't know why but Lorenzo yelling with a sword makes me snicker like a fool! Also, I unlocked the Altair costume so i am replaying the game with Ezio wearing it. The cut-scenes are more amusing to me now that he looks like Altair and sounds like Ezio. Can't wait to get to the horserace to see Alty/Ezzy have their "private riding lesson"!

Just not as bad as before. So I preordered the white masters edition of ACII from Gamestop that came with the 2 Exclusive in game maps. Well guess what...the piece of paper with the codes I need is missing. I swore I kept all that shit together and now it is gone. Worse yet, Gamestop can't give me the code for it.

So my question is this.....is it the same code for all systems and if so could someone PLEASE give it to me? I'll owe you big time...like my first born child.

I'm gonna go cry now.....

Halleluiah, Halleluiah!!! My PS3 is working again!!! That is so far...*knock on wood*. I had to do a quick restore of the system and so far it seems to be working. Lost all my save game info but that is okay by me! I'd rather lose that info and have a working machine than pay $150 to fix a broken machine! And, oh darn, I'm gonna have to play both Assassin's Creed I and II over again....

Lots of projects to work on as well so I'll be doing a lot of that here soon. Need to catch up on my Live by the Creed contest entries and start writing those stories I promised! Don't worry my friends, I have not forgot you...I'm just slow and easy to distract!

Also, to those of you who have been favoriting my work and writing nice comments I say Thank you very much! I promise I will write you all a proper thank you in the future!

So, I've been a good girl and tried to stay away from any ACII spoilers and I didn't rush through the game. I did the side quests and extras (assassin missions, races, glyphs, feathers, ect) and finally got to the end of the game. I decided to take a little break before I got to see all the answers revealed by Ezio and Desmond. Saved the game and turned the system off. Came back an hour later and turned the PS3 back on to finish up the game.

The game won't load.

I try again. Still nothing. Tried a different game. Nothing. DVDs and BlueRay work fine. Try another game. Nothing. Finally an error message comes up. Says Error 8003051E. Look that up and apparently it has something to do with the hard drive not communicating with the save feature and could also lead to hard drive failure.

Seriously? Freaking SERIOUSLY?!?!?!

Of all the times it desides to fricken crap out. We've had it over 2 years with no problems and we take good care of it. Keep it clean, watch so it doesn't overheat, ect. And now, NOW it breaks down?!?!?

I don't know if I should scream or cry.....
